Brakelight + heating probs on 97 A3
Hi everybody,
I'm kind a new so don't know wether this post was already posted/asked.
I'm driving an older A3 '97 1.8T and for some reason my breaklight [(0) orange] always comes on at + - 20km/h. I've had the car checked at my local AUDI dealer and they told me that probably my ABS central was bad so we've changed it. But only a few weeks after this the light came back on...?! Does anyone has a clue what is best to do? Should I verify the brakepads? I also saw that the bloke from who I've bought the car has done some nasty wiring underneath the steering wheel and I think there's way to much wires in there. Perhaps that there could be an electrical problem which gives this malfunction to my ABS central? I haven't tried wether the ABS still works...
Second problem is when I turn off the heating system of the car my windows start fogging rightaway and visibity is none ! This is mostly at temperatures of arround -5 to +5°C. (don't know the exact farenheit ) I've tried some products on the market to avoid this "fogging" but it only became worse. And due to the products there was litteraly wather dripping off my windows...??
Anyone a good idea what I should check or do??
