I want to add a kill switch to the brakelights but want the tail lights function as normal. where would i look to tap the line without getting a dead bulb in the ECU?

It's an idea so he can hit the brakes if he's going too fast and no one will know he's slowing down. Trying to avoid attracting attention. Seriously widgget, don't bother. More often than not, if you are using it, you're going to create a dangerous situation for someone behind you, who won't know to slow down and may either hit you or go out of control all of a sudden, trying to avoid a collision. And to be honest, after about a week, you'll probably never use it again. Seriously not worth doing.

 

^ plus if you're going that fast, you will be distracted trying to turn off the brakes lights at the last minute...
this could also be used to promote getting rear-ended by someone like in that RSX without giving him ANY reaction time and not having to pull the e-brake. haha. but you'll have to disconnect the third brake light too.

How the hell are you getting 25.1 mpgif you ever get to 110?

 

cruising for a long time, the computer averages it out... if you stomp it up to 106mph... you are there pretty quick, his MPG before was probably 28-32

 

This thread is silly. Brake lights illuminate for a pretty good reason.
