My car threw code p0391 titles Camshaft Position sensor B Circuit Range/Performance Bank 2. Low on power and running rough. Im assuming this is the sensor on the side of the head on the drivers side so I replaced it as the easiest fix. Car ran fine once I fired it up and drove it around for a minute. Part way through the drive my power steering suddenly locked up. Was still able to turn the wheels just felts like a loss of the hydraulic. One I stopped the car and turned It off and back on, the code p0391 came back up and the car was running rough again. Wondering what the next step would be to solving that code and if the power steering and sensor have anything to do with each other or if I am chasing different issues. I don't know how they would be related and my main goal right now is to solve the camshaft position sensor issue. If anyone could point me on things I might've done wrong in replacing the sensor or other possible fixes It would be much appreciated!
