a4 1999 b5 got flooded,while driving gearbox display flashed prnd321, then while a loud clicking sound the display stopped working, then clicking it switched on and off, then eventualy clicking sound stopped and gearbox display went dead completely. Had it on a diagnostic and it shows no communication with gearbox module. Does anybody know if theeres a relay that powers this, all fuses are good, and the reverse lights and park position loak is working, which i was advised should mean the gearbox module is getting power. Please if anybofy has any idees it will be much appreciated.

 

i would check your alternators holding charge as the screen will do that on a low battery...get a scanner an check it an try reseting the ecu by disconnecting the battery for 15 mins
