My floor jack won’t get high enough to lift my wife’s Audi.
I was going to use a block of wood but then I found these jack extenders in a google search.

Looks like a great idea. Anybody tried these?

I have not used the props but they look dangerous. Why not use some 2"x8" planks cut at an angle on one end to facilitate driving thedcar onto them? You could then place your floor jack on similar planks thereby extending it's reach. Such planks may be free for the asking at HD or Lowes.

If you do use the extensions, please use jack stands!
