Recently my car wouldn't start, so I replaced the battery. Then a couple days later it wouldn't start again so I to it to a parts store and they supposively tested the battery and alternator and came to the conclusion that they were still good. Well the car did have a buzzing sound underneath the steering wheel but after some time had passed the buzzing sound ended. So now the car really doesn't do anything, the lights work inside and the radio works and the instrument panel lights up. Can anyone shed any light on what is going one? Please someone help me. Electrical problems suck. Take it to a professional. Something could have shorted out. Who knows what happened. Take it to a reputable shop to trace the problem. Good luck.

 

Check both positive and ground connections to the starter.
Something may have worked its way loose and would cause the very symptoms you described.
