Default computer

So i have read in the manual that after the battery has been disconnected for some time for extensive repairs the computer needs to be reset and the "ok to run" code has to be sent out. Can anyone elaborate on this and how can I achieve this if the car is not driveable prior to this procedure?

Look up "throttle body adaptation" and do that. That'll get you 90% of the way to good. The rest of the drivability will come as the computer relearns while you drive.
