I have a 2012, A3 S-Line and have a couple of questions:

1. Recently after getting to my car in the morning and after work I've found twice that all 4 windows were open by equal amounts. The first time, they were down just less than halfway, the second time (last night) they were all down by around 1cm...any ideas?

2. Climate control, I have 2 dials to adjust the temperature in the front 2 zones, any idea how I get get these to both increase by changing just one of the dials? I've been able to do this before but cannot get it to happen again.
