Date and Time Display in Cluster

Default Date and Time Display in Cluster

I own a 2005 S4 Cabriolet with aprx. 18k miles.Noticed lately,occasionaly on strart up clock and calender reset themselves.Anybody else have this issue?? If so is there an easy fix??? Response would be appreciated.
