Hey everyone, im buying a 97 audi quattro 1.8 w/turbo. it has 160k miles on it with a newer stage 2 clutch in it. This will be my first time owning an audi or a german motor in general. Is there any recommended maintenance i should look into right away at this mileage? and any other advice would be much appreciated!

1 - timing belt service. If the seller can't show you documented proof that it was done less than 60k miles ago, plan on it. Don't screw around with timing.

2 - basic maintenance (fluids, filters, plugs)

3 - read the sticky posts in the A4 B5 subforum - all the info you could ever hope for
