Default front bumper removal how 2





Exploded view of front bumper removal and installation



1-
Cover



q
Removing:



–
Remove front wheels.



–
Unfasten front half of wheel housing liner .



–
Unscrew hexagon collared nuts on both sides.



–
Screw oval head self-tapping screws out of wheel housing liner .



–
Unscrew hexagon socket head bolt and pull out cover with carrier to front.

Installing:
Note[/align]



Before fitting bumper, press clips into wing .



–
Retainer tab of cover must engage in clip.



–
Engage cover in guide .



–
Tighten hexagon collared nuts



–
Screw in and tighten combi bolts .
Note[/align]



Height of impact absorber with respect to cross member is adjusted automatically .

Oval head self-tapping screw - 1 Nm

Hexagon socket head bolt - 23 Nm

the bumper once you have actually gotten it off, is like wow how did that take me so long to figure out


but it is 2 bolts behind bumper grills1 per side, 1 screw on each side off inner fender

it helped me to take the lights off........ what i did was push down on the bumper and pull out....... pretty fricken simple
