FROSTING ON THE WINDOWS
JUST NEED TO KNOW , DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THIER 1990 AUDI IN THE WINTER. MY WINDOWS ALMOST FROST UP ON THE INSIDE. HARD TO SEE OUT WHEN IT'S COLD! IT'S GREAT! ..IN THE WARM WEATHER. THE ENGINE STARTS GREAT! JUST AFTER DRIVING FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES, THE INSIDE WINDOWS FROST UP. AND I DON'T MEAN SOMETHING YOU CN EASILY WIPE OFF WITH YOUR GLOVED HAND! ANY SUGGESTIONS OUT THERE? THE DEFROST WORKS OK ON THE WINDSHIELD AND REAR WINDOW. BUT THE SIDE WONDOWS ARE AWFULL! MY HUSBAND SAYS I MAY HAVE TO CRACK A WINDOW OPEN SOME.

RE: FROSTING ON THE WINDOWS
I'm not too familiar with your particular model, but, there should be a couple of vents that (re)direct warm air from teh heater/defroster to your side windows, to help keep them clear. Perhaps those are blocked, internally or externally, somehow? Another think to consider is that your window seals (the rubber parts that surround teh window, when it's rolled up, in case you dint know) may need replacing. Spounds like they're letting cold air IN, which could cause teh moisture in teh air (from all that breathing out you do... if you cud figure out a way to ONLY breath IN) to condense against the cold window and quickly freeze, if the outside air is cold enough.
One last, radical, alternative... Drive Hubby's car. Make HIM deal with teh frozen side windows[8D]
