Fuel Filter Replaced - Lack of Power
So I changed my fuel filter over the weekend, 2nd time I've done the job. The first time I did it (~2 years ago) I initially hadn't tightened the banjo bolts enough and when I started the car I had fuel spraying everywhere, so had to go in and tighten it up more. This time around, I managed to avoid doing that, no leaks after startup, however, now while driving, the car doesn't respond to full throttle. When flooring it, it hesitates and stutters as if it isn't getting fuel....is it possible that I may have pinched one of the fuel lines when I pushed the filter back into its housing? The car drives normally under gentle throttle (commuting driving) but if I have to accelerate hard onto the highway, it's no-go.
Any idea what might be happening? Either pinched line or really shitty filter? (MANN filter)
