Fuses of all things... And washer fluid
Since I bought my 2003 A4 about 4 days ago, the headlight dimmer malfunction indicator has been illuminated. This morning I decided to look in the fuse box and there are no fuses in spots 20 and 21 where they should be for the auto adjusters. Certainly, I hope that installing the fuses resolves the MIL but what I don't know (and couldn't find by searching or in the manual) is what size (amp rating)fuse should be used?? Also, will the MIL clear itself or do I need to take it to my Audi dealer to have the MIL cleared once the fuses are replaced? That's assuming of course that the only issue is the fuses.
Also, I filled my washer fluid bottle this morning yet I cannot get fluid to spray on the windshield. I checked the fuse for the heated washer nozzles (5a) and it appears to be good but I can't check it with a meter until this evening. I can hear the pump running so I know the pump is good. If anyone can suggest where to look to find the problem with the washer fluid, that would be great.
Thank you.

RE: Fuses of all things... And washer fluid
A quick trip to the parts store revealed two things... One, the washer fluid now works. Perhaps the previous owner had used water and it frose in the lines and only thawed once it got a little warmer outside? I don't know but it now works... Second, there are not supposed to be fuses in locations 20 and 21 in my car because there are no metal terminals to connect to the fuse.
