Ok just picked up a 99 a4 Quattro 1.8t and none of the windows and door locks work but fuses are good is there a module that I can replace and also the transmission won't shift into over drive and the check engine light cone on an off for vehicle speed sensor and transmission range sensor but the vehicle speed works on cluster

 

For your power window and lock problem you could check the relays. You'll have have to take them out, look at the diagram and put power to them to see if they are working. Hope that helps!
