Default Having difficulty removing paneling under dash (drivers side)

I own a 1999 Audi Quattro A4 2.8L, and i'm trying to remove the fuel pump relay which seems to be under the dash, but I'm having a hard time removing the paneling that is under the dash. Is there an easier way to access the relay? And if I do have to remove the paneling do I have to remove most of it or is there a way to just remove the paneling that is facing down without having to remove the top half? Any help would be really appreciated.

10mm socket, ratchet, 4 bolts, and you're good... There is one in the fuse panel, one to the left of the steering wheel under the little access cover, one to the right, then one hidden up where your right knee would be if you were sitting in the seat...

Your obd2 port is clipped into that panel as well as the footwell light so be careful letting that panel drop down once it is unbolted.
