I just bought a head from a guy off paypal. unfortunately the surface is scratched. its a 1.8t AMU







I can have it machined for 75, but i have to remove the cams, in which im clueluss about going about. i know i need quite a few special tools to this.

should i send this head back to the guy and get my money back?

The one gouge is too close to a sealing surface. Maching will not fix that big gouge.
