Default Headlight problem

Ok, I know this isn't a big issue, but its something that has been bugging the hell out of me. I have a 99 1/2 a4 1.8t quattro. My problem is that my driver's side headlight is like yellowish and dirty with condensation on the inside being the cause (I believe). I tried tearing the headlight off to maybe clean out the inside to see if that helped but decided before I started ripping things apart I should ask if there is an easier way to clean it out.

I think the outside and inside are both dirty, but was wondering if there are any products or tricks to figure out which side is the problem side and what to use to clean it out.

Like I said, know its not a big issue, but its really unsightly to be driving a nice car and have this nasty *** headlight, when the rest of the car is basically immaculate.

im pretty sure what your talking about is just oxidation, get a powerball( its like a polishing pad, most autoparts stores should have it) and just attach to a drill machine and clean out. hellva lot cheaper than getting a new headlight, or better yet get e-code lights.

You pretty much hafta take the headlight assembly OFF the car, then take itapart, to clean teh inside of teh lense. Be careful, some of the tabs and clips could be fragile, after 7+ years
