Can anyone help me with the name of this hose..? i got to state the obvious... ( i got to replace it) cant find it anywhere dealer maybe?

It'll have a part # on it... just look closely.

 

Just tell them you need the pcv breather hose on the back of the valvecover. If you get the blank start run far far away because that parts department doesnt have a clue. I also notice the clamp is not factory. Had any work done on top of the motor lately? Adjuster gaskets maybe.
