I looked and I think I see it but its hidden really good, but maybe I'm looking at something different. I have a 1994 90 Sport Quattro 2.8 V6 12v. A pic of that sensor would be nice. Thanks

 

well im not 100% sure of you car, but on my AFC (im guessing its the same engine only obd1) but its the blue top ect sensor and it on the pass sie, its fairly easy to get to if you move some of the hoses and remove the ISV then you can just reach in and pull it out.

 

I was told and what I have seen on 12.Org that the CTS is on the driver side in the rear left of the TB and its threaded in.

 

i used the same site for reference, my sensor though was in the location of the F76 sensor, not the G62 sensor, it may be different but as far as i know its f76 under teh ICV. taht what fixed my fuel economy and erratic temp gauge.

 

I changed my CTS today and it kinda worked better but it still thru another CEL again. I a former buddy who is a VW wrench hook up his laptop and my CTS came up as bad a few months but I didnt realize it would cause problems because he said it was not a big deal. how do I understand the codes from the climate control?

he meant 12v.org. BTW 90sport did you cahnge the g62 sensor or f76.

 

the G62 that is on the drivers side next to the hall sensor. I will pull the ISV and clean it and see from there. I really need to see what the CEL means that keeps poping up.
