A while ago I posted in here for help because i had a severe vibration in my car when I was in a left turn at speed (above 50 MPH). After taking the car back to the dealership 3 times (!!!) they finally figured it out. One of the CVs had a setscrew come loose and as they explained it to me "the CV was moving around and rubbibg on the transmission". Anyway, whatever it was, they fixed it and now I am running great. i just wanted to post this in case anyone else had a similar issue.

 

did the rubbing cause any damage to the transmission????
