I have found the perfect A4, but its an automatic. How easy is it to swap it for a 5spd, and how much would it cost?

 

HARD, its not worth it.

 

not worth it by a long shot, even when you get the cheap tranny, the first shift cable or clutch bracket you cant find in a junkyard that has to be found at the dealer will make the whole project a bust (don't forget most audis require a different computer AND exhaust to switch between tranny's)
