Default Leather Seat Repair???

I have a 98 A4 1.8T QM. There is about a 2 inch long narrow crack in my black leather seat. Does anyone know of any good leather repair products?

Thanks
David

you have leatherette in your 1.8t, it's not real leather. Real leather wasn't an option in the 1.8's. Only came with the 2.8 engine package. A fair amount of people have the same crack I believe your talking about drivers seat, lower left. I'm not sure techniques to fix that "manufactured leather"

I had that same rip in the described place... took it to a guy in town here who ppl rant about, he just pulled it over and re-stitched it. $60 cash.

It's recently come back, unfortunatley you can only unstitch pull and stitch the same location once..... what did you end up doing to fix this?

I've got the exact same problem/spot in my A6. I believe it is leather. I'm interested in hearing any good solutions short of driving to Mexico.
