looking to upgrade

i was looking to upgrade my 99 a4 with a giac chip...do i need to upgrade anything else in accordance to the chip? should i upgrade my diverter valve too?

Are you going to do any other engine mods? If not, upgrade your DV to a 710n. You can get it for about $30.

im not sure what i plan to do with other engine mods..are any worth it besides upgrading the turbo system?
