Default Manual Transmission Fluid

Hey Guys, I got a couple questions regarding transmission fluid. I have a 2000 tt with a 5 speed transmission. Does anyone know the maintenance intervals for changing the fluid? I have heard 75w90 is the viscosity, but does Audi specify any specific grade? What would you guys recomend? I currently have 110,000 miles, and have no idea is the fluid was ever changed. its shifting fine, and I am have no problems with transmission at all, but would like to change it if its due. Thanks in advance.

Audi requires a synthetic 75W-90 fluid meeting GL-4 specs (not GL-4/GL-5).
The 5 speed takes 2.7l or 2.8 U.S. q.
It is a lifetime fill, but many recommend changing it out at about 100,000 miles or so, also do the rear differential with synthetic GL-5.
