metal on metal clank

I have this metal on metal clank when going over a bump. I've taken my car to Audi and others. Lots of repair$ made......noise still there.

What repairs were made? Most likely is control arm problems, swaybar bushing, or strut mount. What's been done so far? And what diagnosis led you to replace each part that was changed?
