Default Metal rattle noise

Ok so I bought my a4 and a couple days later I noticed a metal rattling noise coming from the trunk area. It only happens the second I stop, then it rattles. And if I slow down very gently, it rattles when I let off the brake. It also rattles sometimes when going over bumps. I pulled out the spare to make sure nothing was in there but the spare and nothing was loose in the jack holder and the lug tool holder. It's driving me nuts! I'm about to pull the whole trunk out. HELP!! If needed I can make a video post it on YouTube and post the link. HELP!!!!!

Check the exhaust system for loose heat shields.

Thanks for your input. I just came in from taking a drive and decided to fold the rear seats back and I heard the noise yet again. Felt under where the back of the seats fold and found a snap-on tool (Gold plated metal bar 7 inches long) under it. Idk what the tool is but that was causing the rattling noise. Noise gone!!

Default 100 rattle in shifter area when idle and foot off brake

My 100 Avant has a rhythmic rattle, fairly fast, in the shifter area when in neutral until I put my foot on the brake or put it in drive, reverse, etc. What is doing this and how can i get rid of it?
