motion sensor faq
hey everybody im new to this forum. i just bought an 01 a4 2.8 stick. im wondering how the motion sensor and the motion sensor button by the seat works. the car didn't come with any books.

It's just for the alarm. Go to the Dealer, & purchase a owners manual, it's like $7.
When you leave your windows, or sunroof open, or have a pet in the car, you press the button as you exit the car. The next time you arm the alarm it will shut off the sensor.
It resets ever time you disarm.
