Default my audi has an axle problem. help me!

my car is 1999 audi a4 2.8q automatic (b5 model)
actually, i have problem with front axle ( i think passanger side )
so i try to fix my car at audi dealer shop, the cost is too expensive. ($3400+tax)

1. where can i purchase the used or remanufactuaring axle?
( please tell me...)
2. where is the best shop (without audi dealer shop) for my car?
( now i live in jackson mississippi. please recommend me the best shop)
please please recommend me the reasonable or good shop.
thanks!

Almost any autoparts store has remaf. axles or cheap new ones napa carquest etc. 3400 is really high im sure you can find it cheaper at a mechanic, its fairly easy to replace its only like an hour or two.
