I have been fighting a rough running engine for a couple months, we can't figure it out and have tried everything.

I did notice my exhaust tips are black. not normal looking.

I read on line that too high of fuel pressure can cause rough running and rich conditions.

Has anyone had a regulator go bad this way? there is not a CEL.

car has 130k miles and is not chipped or modded at all.
