Haven't posted here in a long time. Drive a 2002 A6 Avant with 85K miles. The car is in line for some major work and I'm trying to figure out if it's worth hanging onto at this point?
Work that needs to be done right now is: Power Steering Pump or possibly "Rack" as well? Timing Belt/Water Pump coming up at 90K. Check engine light which my mech tells me is something with catalytic converter. I like the car, but wow this is an expensive car to drive because of the repairs. I'm probably $4500 upside down because it has depreciated so quickly. Not here to knock on Audi, it's a great car for the right people. Just need advice, what would you all do in my case? Hang onto it and try paying it off or just bite the bullet and trade it in?????????
