Default Need Help, E-Brake Light/Beep

My 2002 Audi A4 keeps flashing and beeping the "Brake" light while I'm driving (and no the e-brake is not on). I've come to these two conclusions,it only occurs when I turn right and when its cold (Its been happening for a few weeks now so I'm pretty sure of these conclusions). Just wondering if anyone else experienced this or if anyone has any ideas on where to start?

quite simple really its the E break isn't adjusted it thinks its not set or not working, most cars have a self adjusted and it rusts so it dont work now that's when you need to get in there and lube it,

autos/tip most people dont use the ebreak and that's why it locks up ( due to lack of use )

Check the brake fluid level.

I had the same problem when it was -10 here in Milwaukee. Mine was frozen, its all good now. But it could be rusted. I have 2002 a4 1.8t manual.
