Hi ! [8D]

Can anybody help ?

I have a audi a3 tdi 110bhp ! it's just been fitted with a new air flow meter due to the fact the turbo wasn't kicking in ! now fitted with the air flow meter the car has never been so quick ! But for some reason when sitting at lights or from cold the car doesn't tick over well at all ! sounds like it will conk out ? & when reving up on the winde down makes a awful noise !
The garage have said perhaps its a faulty air meter because when the old one has been refitted the revs are fine but the turbo doesn't work ? same noise though ? gutted as nobody can seen to advise me without it costing ££$$££ ! the garage have also said try some injection cleaner as because the turbo hasn't been working for a while it could be that ?does this make sense?
Any suggestions would be greatly recieved.

don't know much about mods but it sounds like you have an air/vacuum leak check the clamps are making a good seal at the MAF and the pipe going to the throttle body has no pin holes
