Default New Owner: Oil and Spark Plugs ?
I'm getting a tune-up on my new 2000 A4 1.8T and I want a synth. oil change. I plan on using mobile 1 and was wondering what weight would be best? Also, what would be a good spark plug to use?

For syn oil, 0w-30 or 5w30 will work... as for spark plugs, auto parts stores have an application guide for your model/year of vehicle.

Do a search for plugs, i was surprised to find out the 1.8 prefers really cheap ones idk what the 2.8 likes though.

Get NGK plugs. Mobil 1 0W-40 or
Mobil 1 10W-40.
