So, i recently purchased a 2000 a4 near the middle of October, and just yesterday it had developed an issue with the security system and keyless entry module so I replaced it... Now it will start and run for 5 seconds before shutting off, since it is regognizing a module for a different set of keys from the car that the part was pulled from...

Unfortunately cant get a hold of the Audi dealer being as how i work till 3:30 and apparently they close before now, and I'd rather not wait till Monday...
Thing is i do have a friend who has VAG-COM, but neither of us know anything about it...

So the question(s)
Anyone have a step by step, or wright up on fixing this?
or
If i do wait till Monday, anyone know about how much the dealer would charge to help me out?
