noob question on ordering brake pads

Interested in ordering these for the front of my 2000 a4. Do I need to order a quantity of two to cover both front wheels or does one order come with parts for both front wheels? I ordered two zimmerman rotors but wasnt sure if I had to do the same here. Thanks
