my exuast has a seperation in the pipes under the car for starters so there is already a lach of compression but while driving it started sputtering and lost mostly all compression could barely get it home. when i did it was red hot under the hood. No warnings were evident until the incident occured... The guages were still in oreder when i got it home to find it red hot on the exuast pipes going into the engine Any ideas before I can take it to the shop?
