poor fuel mileage
Recently purchased a 2004 A6 Quattro 2.7t s-line with 125k miles. I am using premium (93 octane) and averaging 11-13 mpg!
Visited Plaza Audi and they basically "tuned" the car. Plugs, airfilter, fuel filter, additive, fuel flush, and a $725 expense. Revisited dealership, spoke with "tech" and was informed that he had no idea of the problem. Visited Exotic Midwest and was informed that air intake needed to be replaced $636 expense and still have same problem.
Once again visited Plaza Audi and was informed by GM that Regional Manager would be involved and that was five (5) working days ago. Feel as though I am receiving the "run around" and I am still without a remedy.
Can anyone assist this new Audi buyer?
