Default Programming a Valet Key With Vag-Com?

Is it possible to program a valet key via Vag-Com if I have a fully-functional keyfob (remote flip-key)? I know there is a procedure for programming remotes but what about just a valet key? The valet key I have unlocks all doors (so I guess it's just a spare without the remote) and will start the car for 1 second or 2 before it dies because it's not programmed. I searched all over and couldn't find anything on how this is done. Thanks in advance!

Am I wrong in saying the remote (keyfob/transmitter) programming is different than the transponder programming? When a remote is programmed, will this enable it to start the car as well, or does this just enable it to remotely lock/unlock the doors/trunk and panic?
