a few months back, i blew the F hose on my stageII+ A6. took me a while to figure out what was going on, and in the process i think i damaged the drivers side turbo. with the window down when the turbo is engaging, you can hear a faint sound similiar to a siren on an emergency vehicle. i have heard this is a sign of a turbo going out. in addition, it feel like it's missing about 20HP with slight surging at high RPM. i have done a pressure test on the system and it will hold 15psi without a hint of a leak. does this sound like a likely candidate for a rebuild, or am i facing a replacement turbo?
