Red brake light flashing

Red brake light flashing
2002 Audi A6 2.7T
My problem is that only the red brake light on dash is flashing(and beeping). It only happens when i turn my steering wheel to the right, never left. It happens more when it is cold outside. It also doesn't happen every time the wheel is turned, it comes and goes. Any ideas?
