New to forum and looks like I'll be using it tons! My Audi A4 Sport tdi (2004)is great but some things been driving me mad. I will start with the first prob.
Been in and out of audi for this. On full lock on boths locks that is, I have been getting a knocking sort of noise. Nothing loose but like a plate is banging on either side depending on what lock I am on. audi checked it and said my disc's where badly worn and that they were making the noise! Thought a bit strange but if it stops the knock then better get em done. £300 pounds later the knock is still there! My car had only done 30.000 miles. I was told by another friend that they are mean't to make that noise. mmmmmm. not so sure as everyone I have driven from them is fine! Lost what to do now!
