Sun roof problems

I ran a search couldnt find much of anything to help me out.. here is the problem the last few days my sun roof has had a mind of its own it opens and closes by itself, and it wont close all the way at times.. what the heck is going on, is my audi Possessed, dose anyone know how to fix this, im drivin to the cape this weekend well tonight and it would be bad it the thing got stuck open...

It is a common problem with audis. It is usually the switch that is bad. Try closing it by using the key in the door lock.

I think this is for all audis, you can close all windows including the sun roof by inserting the key in drivers dool lock and turn and hold as if locking the doors and all windows etc will close.

oh sweet, thanks for the help, i also found a tech article from my other audi form that showed me how to fix the switch and clean it so im going to give that a shot after work seams simple enough.. thanks again..
