Default System too lean in Bank 1

I ran an OBD II test on my 01 A4 cause it the check engine light and air bag light were on.

The diagnostic told me that the system is too lean in bank 1, which I have been led to believe is most likely a leaking hose of some sort.

Is this the kind of thing I can reasonably fix myself or do I need to take it in somewhere?

Also, if I need to take it it, are there options other than the dealership, as they told me it would cost $120 to run a diagnostic check before they could even offer me a quote!
