I have another check engine light p0171 system to lean (bank 1) any suggestions? to fix

 

when i had that issue it was my maf... if there is someone around you with an audi, you might ask to try their maf and then get the code cleared drive around and if it dioesn't show a code, get a new maf from the vw dealer, will save you about 150 bucks

also do you have a boost guage? if so what psi are you running at?

 

usauly when this comes up on mine its just the vacume hoses on the intake manifold. in other words you might have an air leak after the maf somewhere. just start the enigne and listen for any air leaks around the intake and hoses, move them around abit to see if one is cracked.

it is pretty different on the 1.8 motor.......normally a maf, you might also try getting some electronics cleaner and clean the maf
