System lean bank 1

What are the usual causes of this??
Vacuum leak, bad cat, life hates me???

Vacuum leak or Mass Air Flow if its not obviously misfiring

I just cleared the code and it hasn't come back. I'll look for the problem when it warms up a little. Thanks for the reply.
