thinking of buying another quattro
Hey i have owned an 1984 audi 4000s quattro and was thinking of buying an Audi A4 1.8T quattro. I was wondering if anyone knew what is common to look for in them when looking into buying one. What usually breaks, what to look for. I was also wondering of anyone knew any good shops for Audis in or close to Vienna VA.
Thanks for the help

This is a great site. We keep the dialogue friendly and the attitude positive. The info is well received by all and we are here to help anyone with questions about their Audi or related subjects. It is a great site to find camaraderie with other "Audiphiles", too. I hope you find it to your liking.

There you will find a forum vocab list, an Audi forum terminology list and an Audi lexicon list. They should be very helpful to you if you're not familiar with the jargon.
Please feel free to ask any question, but double check the archives first. Many questions have been archived and, quite often, the answers are comprehensive.

Check the archives on this. There have been several threads on the subject of buying 1.8t A4's, what years are good, what to look out for and/or what to check. Most of the threads are well worth the read. The A4 1.8t is a super car! Good luck!
