I have a 1986 Audi 4000s, with an automatic transmission. It is front wheel drive. I need to know what parts, other than the standard transmission, I need to get in order to make the switch. Also, please let me know of any vehicles that the transmission is interchangeable with my car, so I can get the newest transmission possible. Thanks

 

i dont know much about the 4000s but for any ato to manual conversion you will need clutch master and slave cylinder, linkage, console for manual, and pedal cluster. thare will probably be more small items but thats the bulk of it.
