my headlightsxenonsarn't nearly bright enough on my S4 I don't know anything about headlights so are the lights below what I need ? the xenons on my a6 make it seem like the sun is out compared to my s4... ? / I still want them to be bluish or purple so as its easier on my eyes.also the 10k 8k an 6k say off road use only uhh are they fine to use still ??

also my car has been sitting in my garage for awhile and the rotors are a bit rusted will some hard breaking do the trick to get them back car has only been parked 4 days

Lightly applying the brakes will clean the rotors.
Replace the bulbs with 4300K or 5000K bulbs.
