Hi there. I was changing my air filter the other day and noticed a part that was corroded and blown out. I'm not sure what the name or function of the part is. I've attached pictures of the part so someone with more knowledge could inform me what this is, and maybe what it may be affecting. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
